Threatened species to be seen at the park include Lesser Pandas, South American Bush Dogs, Collared Peccaries, Caracal Lynx and, of course, our famous Scottish Wildcats

Wildlife Park Kirkcudbright is designed so that you may take your time observing the animals as they go about their daily lives and offers you the unique experience of free guided tours (our past visitors consider this to have been the highlight of their visit), pet handling sessions for the young (or young at heart!) and snake encounters (for those who dare!).
